2022  A Musical Review

*Covid Restrictions Pending- CDS is not currently open for public performances

The very talented Ross Kimura is in high demand- we are most fortunate to have him join us again this Spring to offer his award-winning top-notch vocal instruction. The Spring format allows all of the students to be highlighted in various songs and scenes while affording us a bit more flexibility in scheduling. Musical reviews create an excellent and balanced learning environment. Students will be given opportunities based on their performance level, not the number of roles available. We will return to book shows in the summer and fall sessions. Spring is the time to highlight all our young artists and give individual attention to various talent levels.

 CURRICULUM

Students will continue to learn basic stage techniques, vocal production, movement, improvisation, and acting techniques. Intensive vocal lessons will include learning to sight-reading sheet music.
